Order data is stored securely in Sanity, a cloud-based content management system. Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations — typically no longer than 3 years.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • Pesapal — payment processing (M-Pesa and card).
  • WhatsApp — delivery notifications and customer support.
  • Sanity — order and content management.
