A Note on Freshness
Our products are perishable — and that's a good thing.
No synthetic preservatives means our products have a shorter shelf life — typically 7–14 days refrigerated depending on the product. This is a sign of purity, not a flaw. Store in the fridge and consume within the stated window for the best experience.

Common Questions
How fresh are the products when delivered?
All products are packed fresh on the day of delivery. Our spreads, frozen treats and desserts are perishable and handled with care throughout the delivery process.
Can I change my delivery date after ordering?
Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. We can usually accommodate changes if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
What if I am not home at delivery time?
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, especially for frozen items. If no one is available, we will contact you to rearrange — we cannot leave perishable products unattended.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
We currently cover Nairobi and Kiambu County. Deliveries to other counties may be arranged for bulk orders — contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.
How is my order packaged?
Spreads are packed in sealed glass jars. Frozen treats are packed with ice gel packs to maintain temperature during transit. All packaging is designed to keep your order fresh on arrival.
